Question: - What is rebirth?
Answer: - The breaking and formation of the soul and the senses with the body repeatedly is called rebirth.
Question: - What is a ghost?
Answer: When the relationship between the soul and the senses breaks with the body, the remaining body is called a dead body.
Question: - What is a ghost?
Answer: - A person who is dead because he is no longer in the present tense and has gone in the past is the reason why he is called a ghost.
Question: - How can rebirth be understood?
Answer: To understand rebirth, you first have to understand about birth and death. And before you understand birth and death, you have to understand the body.
Question: - Explain about the body.
Answer: - The body is of two types: - (1) Subtle body (mind, intellect, ego, 5 senses) (2) gross body (5 body of senses = nasal, skin, ear etc. etc.) and soul through this body Performs deeds.
Question: - What is birth?
Answer: Birth is the name of the soul having relationship with the gross body with the subtle body. And this relationship is established with life in both bodies. Birth is also called caste (example: animal race, human race, bird species, tree species etc.)
Question: - What is death?
Answer: Between the astral body and the gross body, there is a relation of life. Death is the name of the breakdown of that relationship.
Question: What is the difference between death and sleep?
Answer: In death, the relationship between the two bodies is broken and in the sleep the relationship of the two bodies remains established.
Question: - How does death happen?
Answer: - The soul comes out of one of the gates covering its subtle body with the entire gross body. And all the senses which are included become inactive. Only then do we see that at the time of death, speaking, seeing, hearing stops all.
Question: - How do we feel when death occurs?
Answer: - Just as we feel when lying in bed and going to sleep. We begin to have zero knowledge. Suppose our death is not natural and someone is slowly cutting the throat with a sword, then at first, we will immediately begin to faint with blood and intense pain, and we will become void of knowledge and our life will be like that.
Question: What is the difference between death and liberation?
Answer: The subtle body is mixed in order to get the body according to deeds repeatedly. When normal death occurs, the soul takes the subtle body and leaves it from that gross body (man, animal, bird etc.) but when liberated, the soul leaves the gross body (man) but it also leaves the subtle body. And the subtle body becomes absorbed in nature. (Salvation is only in human body by means of yoga, samadhi etc.)
Question: - What is the period of liberation?
Answer: - The period of liberation is 36000 creations. 1 creation = 8640000000 years. That is, the soul remains free for such a period and remains engrossed in the bliss of God in the universe. And as soon as it completes this period, it comes back to the body in order.
Question: - What is the duration of death?
Answer: In less than a moment, the soul leaves one body and immediately takes on another body.
Question: - What is birth?
Answer: - By God, according to karma with his subtle body, the person enters the womb of a mother, and the raja formed there acquires the body by the combination of semen. This is called birth.
Question: What is a caste?
Answer: Birth is called caste. According to deeds, the body that attains the soul is called its caste. Such as - human race, animal race, tree species, bird species etc.
Question: - How is it decided which caste will get the soul?
Answer: - It is decided according to deeds. Think like this! The sanskars of infinite deeds of infinite births are inscribed in the soul. These karma stand in their own line, according to the karma that comes forward, the soul suffers the karma. Suppose the soul has ever done such actions in a body, due to which it has to get the body of a pig. And they are standing in the front row of the karma who get the pig's body, then the soul will leave that popular body and immediately enter the womb of a pigs and the pig will be born. Now, go ahead, when the soul's deeds are consumed, then if the deeds of the buffalo's body stand up in the queue, then the soul will eat the buffalo's body by dying in the pig's body. Just keep on understanding that in the line of deeds one after another will be reborn. If in the same way, if a person comes to the body and becomes a yogi, considering the usefulness of his life, then he will leave the line of karma for up to 36000 creation. After that this sequence will be started again.
Question: - But we see that souls born in the same caste are happy and sad in different ways.
Answer: - It is also based on deeds. Just as someone did mixed deeds in the form of sin and he got a human body on the basis of virtue, but he was born on the basis of sin deeds in a family in which he had to suffer more misery and suffering. Next, think as if a soul has done many sinful deeds and some virtuous deeds in a body. 

प्रश्न :- पुनर्जन्म किसे कहते हैं ?

उत्तर :- आत्मा और इन्द्रियों का शरीर के साथ बार बार सम्बन्ध टूटने और बनने को पुनर्जन्म या प्रेत्याभाव कहते हैं ।

प्रश्न :- प्रेत किसे कहते हैं ?

उत्तर :- जब आत्मा और इन्द्रियों का शरीर से सम्बन्ध टूट जाता है तो जो बचा हुआ शरीर है उसे शव या प्रेत कहा जाता है ।

प्रश्न :- भूत किसे कहते हैं ? 

उत्तर :- जो व्यक्ति मृत हो जाता है वह क्योंकि अब वर्तमान काल में नहीं है और भूतकाल में चला गया है इसी कारण वह भूत कहलाता है ।

प्रश्न :- पुनर्जन्म को कैसे समझा जा सकता है ?

उत्तर :- पुनर्जन्म को समझने के लिये आपको पहले जन्म और मृत्यु के बारे मे समझना पड़ेगा । और जन्म मृत्यु को समझने से पहले आपको शरीर को समझना पड़ेगा ।

प्रश्न :- शरीर के बारे में समझाएँ । 

उत्तर :- शरीर दो प्रकार का होता है :- (१) सूक्ष्म शरीर ( मन, बुद्धि, अहंकार, ५ ज्ञानेन्द्रियाँ ) (२) स्थूल शरीर ( ५ कर्मेन्द्रियाँ = नासिका, त्वचा, कर्ण आदि बाहरी शरीर ) और इस शरीर के द्वारा आत्मा कर्मों को करता है ।

प्रश्न :- जन्म किसे कहते हैं ?

उत्तर :- आत्मा का सूक्ष्म शरीर को लेकर स्थूल शरीर के साथ सम्बन्ध हो जाने का नाम जन्म है । और ये सम्बन्ध प्राणों के साथ दोनो शरीरों में स्थापित होता है । जन्म को जाति भी कहा जाता है ( उदाहरण :- पशु जाति, मनुष्य जाति, पक्षी जाति, वृक्ष जाति आदि )

प्रश्न :- मृत्यु किसे कहते हैं ?

उत्तर :- सूक्ष्म शरीर और स्थूल शरीर के बीच में प्राणों का सम्बन्ध है । उस सम्बन्ध के टूट जाने का नाम मृत्यु है ।

प्रश्न :- मृत्यु और निद्रा में क्या अंतर है ?

उत्तर :- मृत्यु में दोनों शरीरों के सम्बन्ध टूट जाते हैं और निद्रा में दोनों शरीरों के सम्बन्ध स्थापित रहते हैं ।

प्रश्न :- मृत्यु कैसे होती है ? 

उत्तर :- आत्मा अपने सूक्ष्म शरीर को पूरे स्थूल शरीर से समेटता हुआ किसी एक द्वार से बाहर निकलता है । और जिन जिन इन्द्रियों को समेटता जाता है वे सब निष्क्रिय होती जाती हैं । तभी हम देखते हैं कि मृत्यु के समय बोलना, दिखना, सुनना सब बंद होता चला जाता है ।

प्रश्न :- जब मृत्यु होती है तो हमें कैसा लगता है ?

उत्तर :- ठीक वैसा ही जैसा कि हमें बिस्तर पर लेटे लेटे नींद में जाते हुए लगता है । हम ज्ञान शून्य होने लगते हैं । यदि मान लो हमारी मृत्यु स्वाभाविक नहीं है और कोई तलवार से धीरे धीरे गला काट रहा है तो पहले तो निकलते हुए रक्त और तीव्र पीड़ा से हमें तुरंत मूर्छा आने लगेगी और हम ज्ञान शून्य हो जायेंगे और ऐसे ही हमारे प्राण निकल जायेंगे ।

प्रश्न :- मृत्यु और मुक्ति में क्या अंतर है ?

उत्तर :- जीवात्मा को बार बार कर्मो के अनुसार शरीर प्राप्त करे के लिये सूक्ष्म शरीर मिला हुआ होता है । जब सामान्य मृत्यु होती है तो आत्मा सूक्ष्म शरीर को लेकर उस स्थूल शरीर ( मनुष्य, पशु, पक्षी आदि ) से निकल जाता है परन्तु जब मुक्ति होती है तो आत्मा स्थूल शरीर ( मनुष्य ) को तो छोड़ता ही है लेकिन ये सूक्ष्म शरीर भी छोड़ देता है और सूक्ष्म शरीर प्रकृत्ति में लीन हो जाता है । ( मुक्ति केवल मनुष्य शरीर में योग समाधि आदि साधनों से ही होती है )

प्रश्न :- मुक्ति की अवधि कितनी है ? 

उत्तर :- मुक्ति की अवधि 36000 सृष्टियाँ हैं । 1 सृष्टि = 8640000000 वर्ष । यानी कि इतनी अवधि तक आत्मा मुक्त रहता है और ब्रह्माण्ड में ईश्वर के आनंद में मग्न रहता है । और ये अवधि पूरी करते ही किसी शरीर में कर्मानुसार फिर से आता है ।

प्रश्न :- मृत्यु की अवधि कितनी है ?

उत्तर :- एक क्षण के कई भाग कर दीजिए उससे भी कम समय में आत्मा एक शरीर छोड़ तुरंत दूसरे शरीर को धारण कर लेता है ।

प्रश्न :- जन्म किसे कहते हैं ?

उत्तर :- ईश्वर के द्वारा जीवात्मा अपने सूक्ष्म शरीर के साथ कर्म के अनुसार किसी माता के गर्भ में प्रविष्ट हो जाता है और वहाँ बन रहे रज वीर्य के संयोग से शरीर को प्राप्त कर लेता है । इसी को जन्म कहते हैं ।

प्रश्न :- जाति किसे कहते हैं ?

उत्तर :- जन्म को जाति कहते है । कर्मों के अनुसार जीवात्मा जिस शरीर को प्राप्त होता है वह उसकी जाति कहलाती है । जैसे :- मनुष्य जाति, पशु जाति, वृक्ष जाति, पक्षी जाति आदि ।

प्रश्न :- ये कैसे निश्चय होता है कि आत्मा किस जाति को प्राप्त होगा ? 

उत्तर :- ये कर्मों के अनुसार निश्चय होता है । ऐसे समझिए ! आत्मा में अनंत जन्मों के अनंत कर्मों के  संस्कार अंकित रहते हैं । ये कर्म अपनी एक कतार में खड़े रहते हैं जो कर्म आगे आता रहता है उसके अनुसार आत्मा कर्मफल भोगता है । मान लो आत्मा ने कभी किसी शरीर में ऐसे कर्म किये हों जिसके कारण उसे सूअर का शरीर मिलना हो । और ये सूअर का शरीर दिलवाने वाले कर्म कतार में सबसे आगे खड़े हैं तो आत्मा उस प्रचलित शरीर को छोड़ तुरंत किसी सूअरिया के गर्भ में प्रविष्ट होगी और सूअर का जन्म मिलेगा । अब आगे चलिये सूअर के शरीर को भोग जब आत्मा के वे कर्म निवृत होंगे तो कतार में उससे पीछे मान लो भैंस का शरीर दिलाने वाले कर्म खड़े हो गए तो सूअर के शरीर में मरकर आत्मा भैंस के शरीर को भोगेगा । बस ऐसे ही समझते जाइए कि कर्मों की कतार में एक के बाद एक एक से दूसरे शरीर में पुनर्जन्म होता रहेगा । यदि ऐसे ही आगे किसी मनुष्य शरीर में आकर वो अपने जीवन की उपयोगिता समझकर योगी हो जायेगा तो कर्मो की कतार को 36000 सृष्टियों तक के लिये छोड़ देगा । उसके बाद फिर से ये क्रम सब चालू रहेगा ।

प्रश्न :- लेकिन हम देखते हैं एक ही जाति में पैदा हुई आत्माएँ अलग अलग रूप में सुखी और दुखी हैं ऐसा क्यों ?

उत्तर :- ये भी कर्मों पर आधारित है । जैसे किसी ने पाप पुण्य रूप में मिश्रित कर्म किये और उसे पुण्य के आधार पर मनुष्य शरीर तो मिला परंतु वह पाप कर्मों के आधार पर किसी ऐसे कुल मे पैदा हुआ जिसमें उसे दुख और कष्ट अधिक झेलने पड़े ।
